If you apply for a job at Tangora, we register the personal data that you provide like name, phone number, email and other information in relation to the recruiting process. The purpose is to make it possible for us to evaluate your competencies and experience, give you feedback and - if you are hired - create an employment contract and pay your salary. If you're not hired, we delete your personal data incl. application files when the recruitment process is completed - or up to 6 months hereafter (if you have consented to such prolonged storing). The legal basis of this processing is GDPR article 6, paragraph 1, point e and article 9, paragraph 2, point b and g.
